Yours Truly – this is us: an interview with our sales consultant Maximilian Reiter

Yours Truly (YT): Max, you are originally from Bavaria and are passionate about the beauty industry. How did you get here?

Maximilian Reiter (MR): I grew up as a rather shy boy in a small village near Augsburg. I was well cared for and very close to my family. As the youngest of three siblings, I was the so-called "mama's boy" (laughs). In 2007 I started my apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant at All 4 Hair | Top Hair GmbH. Through New Flag, I then aventured into the wide world of field sales. That was a door opener for me. My passion for the beauty industry has continued to grow ever since. I met Noah Wild through my assignment as a sales consultant at Paul Mitchell. When he first told me about Yours Truly, I was immediately hooked.

Today I continue to be a real family guy. Nothing has taken me away from Bavaria. With my two sons I enjoy going on mountain bike tours, playing soccer, or making music.

I can proudly say that I live by the wisdom of Confucius: "Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work again."

YT: Sounds like the perfect work life balance for you. What are your responsibilities at Yours Truly?

MR: I like to call myself the good soul for our hairdressers. At Yours Truly, I am the direct contact for our partner salons and for every new salon who is interested in getting started with the brand. As the connecting dot to our sales team, I help establish contacts. Product presentations is one of my main tasks.

YT: What does Yours Truly mean to you personally?

MR: When I first came to Yours Truly, I had no idea what to expect. Noah Wild was so convincing, I was compelled to become part of the team. And now I see an extraordinary brand growing that will revolutionize the hairdressing industry for good. It's very special to me to be able to accompany this endeavor. It makes me proud every day to see how the brand is valued and perceived by stylists and salons.

YT: Your passion is contagious! One last question. Where do you see Yours Truly in the future?

MR: Yours Truly is a brand with a very unique position. I am convinced that in the near future we will be present in many partner salons and make the individual hair care experience in salons incomparable to anything that is available out there today.
